I visited Milwaukee for the first time in 2018 and immediately fell in love with the City’s charm and friendliness, diverse neighborhoods and incredible architecture. Shortly after that visit, I began purchasing investment properties in the Milwaukee area. The plan was ultimately to relocate with my fiancé to Milwaukee and pursue a career in Real Estate. In July of 2021 I quit my job and we made the move from Colorado to Wisconsin.
For the last 20 years I have enjoyed working in the corporate space as an HR Director for Energy, Technology, Banking, and Restaurant Equipment and Supply companies. Although my career in Human Resources has been rewarding, Real Estate has always been a big part of my life. I grew up in Oklahoma and both of my parents had their Commercial Real Estate License and our family business was managing commercial properties. At an early age, I learned the value, challenges and rewards that come with owning property. I purchased my first home at age 19 and have continued buying, renovating, selling homes and managing rental properties over the last 30 years. I have also done some interior home design and staging projects as a side business.
I am very passionate about real estate and about helping others. I use my creativity, life experience, and people skills to make things happen for my clients. I was browsing for homes in Tosa one evening and came across the cutest house. Reached out to Lance, the listing agent only to find the home had an offer and was about to sell. Lance shared the news of that home no longer being available but did not stop there, he asked for business. “If you are not currently working with a realtor I would be happy to schedule a meeting with you to discuss the process and get going with your search if it’s a good fit. Please let me know if you are interested.” As someone in sales, I truly appreciate this touch, so of course I met with him. Lance introduced me to Robyn, and the rest is history.
Robyn and I began our search for my first home. Robyn was super patient with me and clear on getting me homes that fit my requirements. She helped open my mind up to areas I would not have considered. After three offers, we got one and oh my was it perfect. The first offer that I didn’t win stung a little, however with Robyn’s support I bounced back pretty quickly. The second lost, stung more. Robyn and I came up with a plan to be more competitive. As they say, the third time is the charm! The home that is now mine is perfect. It has everything I wanted and more.

Robyn is excellent! My husband and I are relocating from STL to MKE and were interested in renting. Robyn took all our needs, wants, and indecisiveness with such ease and professionality. She made the process a breeze, especially in a crazy time to rent! She was quick to schedule tours (especially facetime since we currently live 6 hours away), answer questions, find out answers to questions, and just be a professional and emphatic relator when worries came up. She has offered many times to go out of her way to help, especially during our move-in process, since we are still located in STL.
