We loved how invested he was during every showing. He always came prepared, checking for leaks, foundation issues, and anything that could be a problem down the road. His attention to detail was unmatched. And to top it off, our closing gifts were thoughtful and made us feel truly appreciated.

Me and my husband were in absolute awe of both Ralf and his boss Lance. During our final walkthrough, we discovered the sellers had left a the house and garage full of junk it would’ve cost us around two thousand dollars to haul away. We were frustrated, especially with closing the next day. Lance immediately took pictures and sent them to Ralf, and Ralf went to bat for us without hesitation. He stood up for us, went off on the seller’s agent, and made sure everything was handled the right way. He protected us like family.
