About Lance Wooten

In late 1999 my wife Jennifer and I moved to Milwaukee so that she could attend UW Milwaukee. I had just finished a four year stint in the Marine Corps and had never been to Milwaukee. I felt right at home. Jennifer and I and our two daughters Hope & Sydney currently reside in Cedarburg Wi and have since 2002. I started investing in the Riverwest area of Milwaukee in 2003. Since that time I have developed a huge fondness for the neighborhood and its diverse group of residents.

I became a licensed Realtor in Spring of 2013 and it was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. By Spring of 2014 I had obtained my Brokers license and Riverwest Realty Milwaukee was born. Since that time I have personally helped over 500 buyers and sellers achieve their goals of buying or selling their home. I continue to meet new people and make new friends every day in this business and for that reason, more than 50% of my business is repeat and referral. I could not be more thankful for that.

    Lance and his team are great! Lance helped us navigate two home purchases and one home sale (and the sale was VERY quick, thanks to fantastic marketing).

    Lance is extremely knowledgeable about the Milwaukee area, and was always available to us for any questions or concerns throughout our home buying/selling processes. Lance is honest, straightforward, and always made us feel like he had our best interests at heart. We love our new home, so we won’t be moving any time soon, but if and when we do, we will definitely be turning to Riverwest Realty again.
