About Lance Wooten

In late 1999 my wife Jennifer and I moved to Milwaukee so that she could attend UW Milwaukee. I had just finished a four year stint in the Marine Corps and had never been to Milwaukee. I felt right at home. Jennifer and I and our two daughters Hope & Sydney currently reside in Cedarburg Wi and have since 2002. I started investing in the Riverwest area of Milwaukee in 2003. Since that time I have developed a huge fondness for the neighborhood and its diverse group of residents.

I became a licensed Realtor in Spring of 2013 and it was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. By Spring of 2014 I had obtained my Brokers license and Riverwest Realty Milwaukee was born. Since that time I have personally helped over 500 buyers and sellers achieve their goals of buying or selling their home. I continue to meet new people and make new friends every day in this business and for that reason, more than 50% of my business is repeat and referral. I could not be more thankful for that.

    Coming to leave a review here, I’m not surprised that Riverwest Realty is almost exclusively 5 stars. I owned a small bungalow that was purchased at market peak 20 years ago at Center and Pierce. I tried and failed to sell twice. Riverwest is a unique neighborhood, and you need realtors who understand the neighborhood and its selling points. When I reached out, Lance knew my home already and had a great understanding of both its strengths and drawbacks. He gave a realistic assessment and strategy on how to sell the home.
